Ratrico Developers (P) Limited was established by two individuals: Mr. Sanjay Sharma, owner of Ratyal Constructions (P) Limited. and, Mr. CP Singh, owner of Tricon Buildwell Pvt. Ltd.
Ratyal Constructions (P) Limited and Tricon buildwell Private Limited, both are renowned constructions companies doing projects across all over India since 2007. They have built Residential, Commercial, & Industrial buildings in Billions of sqft area. Now they have come together to contribute to growth of real estate and set benchmarks by delivering top class housings, Townships and commercial spaces and have formed Ratrico Developers (P) Limited.
